The Atmosphere

The desert, dressed up
in a coastal breeze.

Whitewashed walls. Draped linen cabanas. Olive trees, palms, terracotta tile underfoot. A turquoise pool, brass fixtures, and the smell of citrus on the breeze. This isn't a Vegas pool. It's a coastline that happens to be at Palms Place.

Daybeds for the ones who came to sunbathe. Bar stools for the ones who came for the DJ. And cabanas for the ones who came to disappear for the afternoon.

Grilled octopus with lemon and olive oil. Hummus dressed with pomegranate. Whipped feta with honey. Fresh figs, warm pita, olives cured five ways. Simple, honest, and built for the long lunch that turns into an even longer afternoon.

A wine list heavy on chilled reds and rosé from the coast. Frozen cocktails that don't taste like sugar. Espresso and amaro for the ones who plan to stay through sunset.
