The room where
toasts get made.

A single live-edge walnut table that seats fourteen, cognac banquette down one wall, low pendant lights, and a wall of glass on the Las Vegas skyline. A branch of the main tree reaches into this room too — because no seat at Urban Flats is far from the story.

Dedicated captain and server. Chef-selected tasting menu or a custom build from the founder's own hand. Wine pairings, private bar setup, discreet AV for presentations, and a door that closes when the night calls for it.
