玉兔 An elixir bar

Every drink is a ceremony.

◇ ◇ ◇

Yutu — the Jade Rabbit — lives on the moon with the goddess Chang'e. Every night, in a mortar of pale jade stone, she grinds dried osmanthus, goji, chrysanthemum, and a dozen other herbs into the elixir of immortality. This is one of the oldest stories in Chinese mythology, told for more than two thousand years.

Our menu is that mortar, opened. Twelve elixirs, each named for a herb Yutu grinds on the moon. Every drink is prepared with intention and, in some cases, ground fresh in front of you.

This is not cocktail service. This is ceremony.
